What are your payment terms?

We try to be flexible with our payment terms, but to run a successful business we have certain guidelines that clients have to follow. For new website design, generally the payment terms are clearly outlined in your website contract. Generally we expect the retainer of 50% up front before work will begin, and the remainder due upon completion, or within 60 days of the initial payment.

Web hosting is due at the time of your retainer, and then will be due annually on the same date.

Domain registration is due at the time of your retainer as well, and will be due at the end of the term that you chose upon registration (ie. 1 year, 2 years, 5 years, etc.).
