No, at this time we only offer phone support for all pre-sales questions. We perfer that all support questions be sent to us via our ticket system. Here are some reasons why the ticket system is more efficient:
- It will provide us a trail of communication so we can capture all facts and information, allowing us to work more efficently.
- It allows us to focus primarliy on one system, rather than try to focus on two.
- Due to the fact our staff work from multiple locations, this allows us to save on expenses.
